[ 00 / brief ]

Grid is a managed operations service with two tracks. SOC — monitoring, triage, and response when something's going wrong on your endpoints, identity, or cloud. NOC — availability, performance, fault prediction, and incident management for the teams running networks that can't go down. Same operations pipeline, same on-call team, sized to whoever needs it.

It's built first for New Mexico. SOC for organizations that need real security coverage but can't justify standing up their own team. NOC for the large institutions and ISPs whose networks shape this state's connectivity. Local organizations, state and tribal entities, nonprofits, school districts, regional businesses — the teams that have been priced out of operations support for years. We're standing it up here, in the community, before we look anywhere else.

[ 01 / what's covered ]

What you actually get

// soc · security operations
  1. 01

    24/7 monitoring

    Continuous coverage of your endpoints, identity systems, network, and cloud. Eyes on the consoles when yours aren't.

  2. 02

    Alert triage

    Most alerts are noise. We separate the signal, kill the false positives, and only escalate the things that actually need your attention.

  3. 03

    Incident response

    When something real happens, we respond — isolate, investigate, and walk you through containment and recovery without leaving you to figure it out.

  4. 04

    Threat intelligence

    What's actually being used against organizations like yours, this week. No "the threat landscape is evolving" filler — specific threats, specific guidance.

  5. 05

    Monthly reporting

    A short written report each month: what we saw, what we did about it, what's trending, and what to plan for. Written for humans, not auditors.

  6. 06

    On-call escalation

    A real person, on a real number, when it matters. No portal queues, no offshore tier-one round-trip before someone reads what happened.

// noc · network operations
  1. 01

    Availability & performance monitoring

    Continuous visibility into uptime, latency, packet loss, and throughput across the network. Eyes on the pipes so you don't have to be.

  2. 02

    Fault prediction & remediation

    Surface degrading links, drifting baselines, and emerging hot spots before they cascade. Where automation can fix it, automation does. Where it can't, a human does.

  3. 03

    Outage detection & coordinated response

    When something breaks, we see it first and coordinate the response — including pulling the right people onto a bridge before you've finished pouring coffee.

  4. 04

    Automated incident management

    Tickets opened, updated, and routed automatically as state changes. The paper trail keeps itself; the humans do the thinking.

  5. 05

    Field force optimization

    For organizations with field techs: routing, dispatch, and prioritization that gets the right person to the right site without a phone tree.

  6. 06

    Capacity, health & traffic reporting

    Monthly and on-demand reporting on what your network is doing — trends, hotspots, capacity headroom — written for engineers and decision-makers alike.

  7. 07

    24/7 escalations

    A real person, on a real number, around the clock. The same on-call backbone as Grid SOC, applied to network incidents.

[ 02 / who this is for ]

Built for the teams the industry overlooks

// regional business

Companies large enough to be a target, small enough that a full SOC is out of reach. Manufacturing, healthcare, finance, retail.

// public sector

State, local, and tribal entities. School districts and municipalities. Organizations operating under tight budgets and real adversaries.

// nonprofits

Mission-driven organizations holding sensitive data on the people they serve. Coverage that doesn't compete with program spending.

// existing IT

Teams that already have IT and want a security or network partner sitting alongside — not a vendor trying to take over.

// large institutions & ISPs

The NOC track. Universities, hospital systems, regional ISPs, and the organizations running networks that can't go down. We bring the operations backbone — monitoring, fault prediction, incident management, field-force coordination, around-the-clock escalation — while you keep ownership of the network.

[ 03 / status ]

Where we are right now

complete

Platform built, locked in, and battle-tested against our own workloads. The detection, triage, and response pipeline that Grid runs on has been catching real things for us before it ever takes a customer alert.

now

Open intake for charter customers. Scoping conversations, pricing input, and limited onboarding from interested NM organizations.

planned

Customer-facing platform expansion. A real customer portal — live status, incident history, monthly reporting on demand, and self-service controls so you can see what we see without waiting on a ticket.

next

General availability for the New Mexico region.

Early access means real terms, not a waitlist. If you're a fit, we'll talk pricing, scope, and timing now — and the first cohort gets a seat at the table on what Grid becomes.
