Learn .
Cybersecurity and compliance training that doesn't insult your workforce.
[ 00 / brief ]
Most cybersecurity training was written for a different decade and a different audience. It’s long. It’s English-only. It assumes a desk job and a corporate intranet. It charges per click. We built Learn to be the version of that course that an HR lead actually wants to send out — and that the people on the receiving end can finish without resenting the inbox it came from.
Learn delivers cybersecurity and general compliance training to the workforce of an organization. It’s bought and managed by the organization — directly from us, or through a partner — and consumed by the people doing the work. Every course ships in 25 languages out of the box. Branding gets applied per organization. The catalog grows on a published cadence, not a sales-quarter cadence.
[ 01 / what’s covered ]
What’s in the catalog
The current Annual Compliance Bundle covers the topics most organizations have to cover every year, and a few they should. Each course was written end-to-end, not assembled from a stock library.
-
Annual Cybersecurity Training — One hour. Phishing, credentials, devices, the rest of the basics. Designed so a non-technical employee finishes with the right reflexes, not the right test answers.
-
Data Privacy Fundamentals — Thirty minutes. What personal data is, why it matters, what an employee can and can’t do with it. Maps cleanly to CMMC, GDPR, and NIST 800-171.
-
Workplace Violence Prevention — Thirty minutes. The course required by an increasing number of state regulators, written by people who took the topic seriously.
-
Sexual Harassment Prevention — Two versions, one for managers (25 minutes) and one for everyone else (18 minutes). Covers the legal floor and the human ceiling.
25 languages, in the price
Every course ships with the same 25 languages baked in: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Arabic, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, French, Polish, Haitian Creole, Punjabi, German, Japanese, Italian, Persian, Urdu, Bengali, Gujarati, Hebrew, Indonesian, Turkish, and English. The learner picks at launch. There is no per-language upcharge — there never has been, and there never will be.
Two ways to get it to your workforce
You can take the courses as SCORM packages and drop them into your own LMS, which is the right path for organizations that already have a training system they like and don’t want a second one. Or your people can take the courses on our hosted LMS, with no infrastructure on your side — mobile-first, installable as a web app, and designed so a learner can finish a module on a phone in their break room without filing an IT ticket. Most of our partners go with SCORM; most direct customers go with the hosted LMS.
Branding and customizations
Your logo, your colors, your localized intro and completion text get applied per organization — at runtime on the hosted LMS, or at the moment of SCORM download. There is no per-customer build queue. Beyond branding, the plan includes two custom short courses per year and five course-level customizations per year — useful for the regulator-specific content the catalog doesn’t yet cover, or the policy language an auditor wants quoted verbatim.
Reporting
Completion records, language selection, assessment scores, timestamps. Exportable in the formats you’d expect, readable by the auditor you’d expect to be reading them. Boring on purpose.
[ 02 / who this is for ]
- HR and compliance teams running annual training across a workforce, who want the courses done and the evidence on file without spending a quarter shopping.
- IT and security leads who need to point at something real when the policy review asks how the workforce gets trained.
- MSPs, VARs, and training resellers packaging compliance training into their own offerings. Partner pricing available; branding flows to the end customer at download time.
- Multilingual workforces across construction, hospitality, healthcare support, manufacturing, agriculture, and education — anywhere “send the English course” was the wrong answer for the people on the receiving end.
[ 03 / how it fits ]
Learn sits inside the rest of what we build, and it’s better off for it.
- Identity is centralized. When you bring on another Censored product, learners and admins don’t get a second login. One identity, one tenancy, one off-boarding when an employee leaves.
- Grid hands work to Learn automatically. If you’re a Grid customer and one of your users clicks a phishing email or fumbles a credential, Grid can hand the right targeted course back to that user — with or without an approval gate, depending on how you want it run.
- Cortex helps us write fast and translate carefully. The 25 languages aren’t machine output we forgot to review. Cortex drafts, humans edit, native reviewers sign off. The list of languages was chosen on purpose; nothing is on it that we couldn’t deliver well.
[ 04 / where we are ]
Learn is live as a SCORM-package store today, with the hosted LMS for organizations that’d rather not run their own in active build alongside it. Partners and direct customers are onboarding through the current model while the hosted version comes together.
